What to Expect
Every class at Ranch Fit is built to meet you where you are — and challenge you to grow. Whether you're brand new or experienced, all workouts are scalable so you can train safely while still pushing your limits.
Each class includes:
• Warm-Up – Prepare your body to move well and perform
• Strength or Skill Work – Build power, technique, and confidence
• Workout of the Day (WOD) – High-intensity conditioning to develop strength and endurance
• Cool Down / Mobility / Accessory Work – Support recovery and long-term durability

Foundations Class
New to functional fitness or CrossFit-style training? Our Foundations program is designed to teach you the essential movement patterns needed to train safely and confidently.
You’ll work one-on-one with a coach for two sessions to learn the fundamentals, understand class structure, and get set up for success as you begin your fitness journey.
